Rustan and Char did an awesome job helping us find our house. At the time, we were trying to get in on the USDA federal deal to get us a house which had a limiting deadline and they were able to give us a good selection of homes to check out. No matter the hour, they were thorough in giving us immediate response times especially since we had the deadline. I think we only looked at houses for a month or two. In the end, we ended up getting a planned community home, but they were still there to make sure we handled all the paperwork and gave us the confidence (especially for my wife), that we would be able to close in on the house and meet the deadlines of all the parties involved. Char and Rustan are amazing. They made buying our first home a great experience that I will never forget.   In our situation, my husband was around for the beginning of the process. He was in Afghanistan for the bulk of it. My husband and I purchased a short sale property for our first home and I had fully prepared myself for a stressful home buying process, (especially given the stories I'd heard from friends and family about their own experiences with other agents.)  Working with Rustan and Charlene was nothing like what I had expected.  From our first meeting at Starbucks to the day we closed and got the keys to our first home, the level of service and commitment they showed us was absolutely outstanding.   PROS -Paperwork was always filed on time. -Communication was constant and clear between everyone. -Questions were always answered and explained thoroughly. -They were both patient and truly listened to our needs and wants. CONS -If I think of one, I'll be sure to list it.
